Our Firm Nahar Rathi & Co., is founded by CA Vinay Rathi & CA Rakshit Nahar.
Our registered office is situated in Surat, Gujarat and we are having a team of 10 dedicated, hardworking and qualified people. We provide broad range of legal, taxation and advisory services to the commercial, industrial and financial communities under one roof.
Our clientele for Internal Audit includes Damodar Industries Limited, Suam Overseas Private Limited, and also Proprietary/Partnership concerns having turnover more than Rs. 50 crores in Surat. We are also conducting internal audit of IIM Ahmedabad in collaboration with our associate colleague. We have provided various types funding to projects, companies, firms, individuals of amount approximate to Rs. 100 crores. We are also into start-up valuations, valuations under Rule 11UA of Income Tax Act, Valuations for mergers and acquisitions, Impairment of Assets and Goodwill Valuations.

Dear Friends,
He is Managing Partner at Nahar Rathi & Co. He has a vast experience in the field of Statutory Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Project Financing, FEMA Regulations etc. He started his career working with DSI & Co., CA firm. He is also a qualified CS and has a additional qualification in DISA.
During the course of his professional journey, he gained experience of return filing to scrutiny assessment in taxation field and handled clients from various industries i.e. textile, chemicals, Bank, NBFC, Hospitals, Diamond, Automobile etc. in statutory as well as internal audits in audit field. He has provided fundings to various start-ups, individuals, companies of amount approximate to more than Rs. 100 crores during his experience.

Dear Friends,
He is Managing Partner at Nahar Rathi & Co.He has a vast experience in the field of Auditing, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Internal & Management Auditing, etc. He started his career working with Aditya Birla Grasim as a Business Analyst for around 2 years. He then joined DSI & Co., CA Firm.
He is also a Registered Valuer (Securities and Financial Assets) During the course of his professional journey, he handled statutory and internal audit of clients from various industries i.e., aviation, shipping, Real estate, manufacturing, NBFC, Software service, Automobile, textile, financial service etc. He has conducted internal audit of various listed companies such as Damodar Industries Ltd., Suam Overseas Pvt. Ltd., IIM Ahmedabad and also of various proprietary/partnership firms in and around Surat.
